The Giddings Public Library and Cultural Center is located at 276 North Orange Street in Giddings, Texas. The Giddings Public Library provides many free services to residents living within the Giddings city limits and throughout Lee County with many other services available for a small fee.
The library system holds over 35,000 materials including books, audio books, movies, magazines, records and puzzles available for check-out.
Thousands of people come to the library to utilize our print and electronic reference resources, access the Internet through the Library’s computer lab, enjoy state-of-the-art Wi-fi service, participate in computer and Internet training, view a Library exhibit, or attend one of the Library’s many community events.
The creators of Book Festival Network (BFN) fully understand the Delima facing both the author and the festival organizers as they themselves are both an author and a festival organizer. From seeing and knowing first hand both sides of the issue, they have created a new way to incorporate the Festival into the electronic age in basic terms and allowing for additional growth to occur, both financially and in attendance.
